Below are frequently asked questions regarding hardware and software support for the YourSixOS access control solution. Please note that, alongside YourSix’s support guidelines, we recommend that integrators test scenarios before applying them in real-world situations that impact end users.

• What door controllers does YourSixOS support?
  • • Axis communications A1610 and A1601​ (2 barrier controller)
    • Axis communications A1210 (1 barrier controller)
    • At this time, we do not support Axis communications A1001, A1710-B, A1810-B

• What mobile credentials are supported by YourSixOS?
  • • We support, native Bluetooth
    • At this time, we do not support wallet

• Is Wavelynx MyPass supported by YourSixOS?
  • • Yes

• Are biometric readers natively supported by YourSixOS?
  • • Not natively supported

• Are OSDP and Weigand readers supported by YourSixOS?
  • • Yes, we support Wiegand and OSDP V2 readers
    • We recommend OSDP

• Are keypads for pin entry supported by YourSixOS?
  • • Yes

• Are wireless controller deployments supported by YourSixOS?
  • • Not currently

• How are credentials added in YourSixOS?
  • • Utilizing Card number in hexadecimal format
    • Options include:
      • • Manually type card number
        • Wavelynx MyPass which will work with your mobile device
        • Use the platform to pull the card number from the last card scanned. This allows any reader attached to the system to act as an enrollment reader

• Does YourSixOS support badge printing?
  • • No, please contact badge manufacturer for recommendations

• What logging and events are searchable in YourSixOS for access control?
  • • Barrier: Search by a barriers for events
    • Identities: Search by identities for events
