Eric co-founded YourSix and serves as CEO and Chairman, driving the mission with clarity, discipline, and a steady hand under pressure. His career started in the U.S. Army, where six years of active duty shaped a service-first mindset and a calm, deliberate approach to leadership. From there, he spent decades across security, telecom, and IT advising clients, leading teams, and running his own technology company. That’s when he decided to help launch YourSix and rebuild physical security for the cloud era: simpler to deploy, smarter to run, and actually built around the customer.

At YourSix, Eric focuses on setting direction, empowering his leaders, and making sure the platform and the culture keep pace with the company’s ambitions. He believes in leading by example, trusting people to use their expertise, and “adapting and overcoming” as conditions change. That mindset has helped YourSix earn repeated national recognition and build long-term partnerships with customers and channel partners alike.

Off the clock, Eric is a proud girl dad of three, a longtime youth soccer coach, and a devoted fan of U.S. Soccer, the NY Yankees, and the NY Giants. He and his wife, of more than 20 years, call Lakeville, MN, home. He also happens to be a descendant of Wild Bill Hickok, which, if you’ve met him, tracks.
