YourSix Inc. (“YourSix”, “We”, or “Us”) is committed to protecting information relating to you, your computer, or your device that enables your identification (“Personal Information”). For purposes of Personal Information YourSix receives in the course of providing services to YourSix clients, YourSix is a “Processor,” meaning it processes such Personal Information on behalf of and at the direction of its clients. For purposes of Personal Information collected via the Site or that You provide directly to YourSix, YourSix is a “Controller,” meaning that it determines the purposes for which, and the manner in which, such Personal Information is, or is likely to be, processed.

YourSix measures traffic on various Site pages so that we can evaluate user needs and improve the types of information we offer. Children’s Privacy
In our role as a Controller, we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 16. In the case we discover that a child under 16 has provided us with Personal Information in our role as Controller, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Information in our role as Controller, please contact us so that we will be able to take necessary actions.
Right to Change Privacy Policy
YourSix reserves the right at any time to modify, alter, or update this Privacy Policy. Your use of the Site following any changes means that you agree to follow and be bound by the Privacy Policy as changed, subject to limitations under applicable law.
