Ryan leads sales at YourSix and brings more than twenty years of experience across physical security, IT, and data communications. Before joining the company, he spent seventeen years with Axis Communications in a variety of sales and business development leadership roles. Those years gave him a deep understanding of technology innovation, customer needs, and the strategies required to grow in a competitive market. He is a graduate of UMASS Dartmouth, where he studied Business Information Systems.
He is a collaborative, servant-minded leader who believes in leading by example and building teams that win together. Ryan values reputation and consistency, and he sees experience as something that can be developed with the right opportunities and support. He joined YourSix because he saw a company in a fast-growth phase, and he wanted to help shape the culture, the processes, and the mindset required to sustain that momentum.
Ryan is based in Central Massachusetts and is the father of one. He plays hockey, coaches his son’s hockey team, and enjoys working on cars and other mechanical projects. When he’s not on the ice, he’s usually watching sports and rooting for the Bruins and the Patriots.
