Video Surveillance Subscriptions

All devices connected to the YourSixOS platform require a Base Device Subscription. This subscription provides access to the YourSixOS platform, software updates, cybersecurity patches, health monitoring, and core platform features.

Base Subscription

    • Required: Base Device Subscription (1 per device except for noted exceptions)
    • Example product ID (SKU) for a camera: Y6OS-VMS-“X”
        • “X” represents the subscription term

Cloud Storage Subscription

    • Optional: Cloud Storage Subscription (1 per stream)
    • Options: 3, 7, 14, 30, 60, 90, 120, 180, 365, 730 days
    • Example product ID (SKU): Y6OS-“Y”STG-“X”
        • “Y” represents the storage length in days
        • “X” represents the subscription term

Subscription Exceptions

Encoders: Encoders require 1 base subscription per 4 streams. Example: 16-channel encoder with all channels streaming would require 4 base subscriptions.

Panoramic devices (Image from Axis device stitched into a single stream): Optional cloud storage requires only one subscription. Please note devices and max cloud recording resolution below:

      • P3807-PVE (1280×720)
      • P3818-PVE (1280×640)
      • Q3819-PVE (2048×432)
      • P3827-PVE (1280×640)
      • Q4809-PVE (1280×720, however, for the panoramic view, the max is 1280×320)

Quad Sensor Plus PTZ:

      • Required: 2 base subscriptions (1 for the multisensor and 1 for the PTZ device)
      • Optional: 5 cloud subscriptions (4 for the multisensor and 1 for the PTZ device)
