Tracey is the Director of Marketing at YourSix and leads the strategy, storytelling, and partner-focused programs that support the company’s growth. Her background spans more than twenty years in IT distribution and channel marketing, and she has worked closely with top vendors across physical security, unified communications, and point-of-sale technology. Earlier in her career, she held leadership roles in supplier services and merchandising in both the United States and Belgium. Those experiences helped her develop a strong understanding of vendor relations, partner enablement, and the kind of brand alignment that drives real results.

Tracey leads with a balance of strategy and creativity. She values collaboration and clear communication and believes teams are strongest when people know their strengths and trust each other to rise to the moment. Her guiding principle is simple: success is rarely achieved alone. She joined YourSix because she saw a chance to build something meaningful and to help shape how physical security is delivered. She believes in the mission and the opportunity to make the technology smarter, simpler, and more connected.

Tracey is based in Greenville, South Carolina, though she grew up in Kansas and stays loyal to the Chiefs and Kansas State. She lives with her husband, daughter, and their pup. She loves live sports and music, family game nights, and supporting Avery at dance competitions. She also spent a year living in Brussels, an experience that strengthened her appreciation for new places, new perspectives, and the value of stepping outside your comfort zone.
