Laurie is the Chief Operating Officer at YourSix, where she leads Sales Operations, Human Resources, and the day-to-day systems that keep the company running smoothly. Her background spans tech and manufacturing, and she built her reputation by improving post-sales operations and strengthening the customer experience. She’s at her best when she’s aligning people, process, and technology to create clarity and momentum.

She is a seasoned operational leader with seven years in physical security and a broader career focused on organizational alignment and growth. Laurie stepped into leadership early after showing a talent for solving tough problems and simplifying how teams work. “Begin with the end in mind.” That’s the guiding principle that has helped shape her leadership philosophy: hire curious people, set clear expectations, and build an environment where everyone can contribute and succeed. She joined YourSix because she believed in the mission and the people behind it.

Laurie lives in Waconia, MN. Outside of work, she enjoys the outdoors and time with her family. She once hiked part of the Camino de Santiago in Spain and plans to return and finish the journey. When she’s relaxing, she’s likely watching the Timberwolves or spending time outside.
