Controller

Definition: The heart of an access control solution, which oversees and controls entry to barriers by receiving and validating user credentials, then sending commands to unlock or lock the barriers.

Firmware Notes: To integrate a device with the YourSixOS platform, it must meet specific requirements. We recommend updating the device’s firmware to the latest LTS version to ensure it meets the minimum specifications and remains secure. After the device is added to the platform, YourSix will handle ongoing firmware maintenance. (Device & Firmware Support)
