DIP-Switch & Terminal Settings
A DIP switch is a manual configuration switch used to set options on electronic devices. Each small toggle can be set to either ON or OFF, allowing users to adjust device behavior without modifying software. For motion-based Request-to-Exit (REX) applications, YourSix recommends the Bosch DS160. The recommended DIP switch settings and terminal block wiring details are provided in the diagram below. When wiring to the terminal block, use the “Spike Protected” terminals to connect the C and NC pins.
